Thomas Keller Makes Chocolate


Thomas Keller is a giant of the culinary world and recently he has turned his attention to chocolate. More specifically, Keller is exploring dark chocolate that is created with olive oil rather than cocoa butter. Frankly, I will eagerly try anything that Thomas Keller thinks is tasty. That said, at 8 bars for $120, it may take awhile to save up for this elevated chocolate experience. For more information, see today's New York Times announcement.
