Like Magic! Making Chocolate Frogs at Home

A chocolate bar is good but chocolate frogs are better! I recently learned how incredibly easy it is to create shaped chocolate pieces from experienced chocolate makers, Kara and Conor. Task 1: find an appealing chocolate mold. They come in an incredible array of shapes and sizes. Next, break chocolate of your choice (preferably high-quality chocolate) into a double boiler and melt until smooth. Then pour melted chocolate into the mold. Here's the key move: tap the filled mold gently on the counter to allow any air bubbles to surface. Pop the mold into the fridge until chocolate solidifies and then gently turn the mold upside down and tap until the chocolates drop. Voila! Magic! Chocolate frogs!
